Coronavirus Information for Guests with Existing or New Bookings at River Valley Country Park

We have decided that irrespective of any announcement made by the Government and in order to protect our staff, private owners and guests, we would politely request that face coverings are worn in Reception and the Laundry Room. If you do not wish to wear a face covering, we will attend to your needs in an outdoor area.
For your piece of mind, all of our new and existing bookings for 2022 are covered by our Book with Confidence Guarantee. This guarantee means that should the Coronavirus interrupt your plans to come and stay with us in any of the following ways, you'll be able to move your holiday to a future date or receive a full refund.
- Your holiday Park is closed because of coronavirus and is therefore unable to accommodate you for your confirmed booking- Receive a full refund or move your booking without incurring an admin fee.
- Government travel restrictions including local lockdowns are in place on the dates of your booking which affect your home postcode- Receive a full refund or move your booking without incurring an admin fee.
- Any member of your party listed on the booking have been told to self-isolate due to coronavirus, or have any Covid-19 symptoms.- Move your booking without incurring an admin fee.
