This fantastic 2-bedroom holiday home is just a few steps away from the gorgeous Praa Sands Beach which is dog friendly (except between 1st July and 31st August-10am-6pm) and offers a range of water activities making it the ideal place for families.
This delightful property offers a spacious open plan living area with ample seating, there is a cosy log burner, (plus additional electric heating) that can be used on those cooler evenings and a Smart TV. WiFi is available throughout. Bi-fold doors help connect the inside to the south-facing patio.
The kitchen is fitted with modern units and worktops and includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, together with ample crockery and utensils. Family meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.
This property benefits from a Master bedroom complete with a king-sized bed, TV and ensuite shower room. The twin bedroom offers zip and link single beds that can be made into a double bed upon request. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The Beach has two bathrooms – the main bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, and there is also an ensuite shower room in the master bedroom.
The south-facing patio provides guests with a great opportunity to enjoy alfresco meals and benefits from a BBQ, table, and chairs. Parking is provided for one car. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted in this accommodation.
